I received this healing message yesterday morning as I was asking my guides to bring healing in me and it was done.
I felt a warm energy when I was at the end of the channel, and my guides told me that an energy healing is encoded inside it and I had to wait about more that 24 hours to post it ! So here it is. If anyone feels the energy in it please don't hesitate to mention it in the comment below.

But this is only a short moment of you being upgraded
